Placing an Order
To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your items, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you’ll enter your shipping and payment information. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Order Processing
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on Monday. During peak seasons, additional processing time may be required.

Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, so changes may not be possible once an order has entered the shipping process. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
Express shipping: 1-2 business days
International shipping: 7-14 business days

Order Issues

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please initiate returns through your account on our website.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, orders enter our processing system and cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and will be collected upon delivery.

Missing Orders
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 14 days if you’re unable to locate your package.
